In response to the proliferation of counterfeit machines that closely mimic our product, sometimes indistinguishable in appearance, we emphasise the importance of vigilance.
These counterfeit machines often exhibit subpar quality, incorrect specifications, and pose potential safety hazards. While we endeavor to combat these counterfeit products and unauthorised sellers, we acknowledge the challenges, particularly in jurisdictions with lenient copyright laws.
To safeguard our intellectual property rights, our products are trademarked through the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), formerly known as the Patent Office.
The IPO is the government organisation responsible for processing and granting Intellectual Property applications in the UK, European EPC channels, and the PCT (International Patent Cooperation Treaty).
